90-Day Replacement Guarantee
If a placed candidate voluntarily resigns or is terminated for cause within 90 calendar days of their start date, Career Choice will conduct a replacement search at no additional fee. The guarantee period begins on the candidate's first day of employment.
Scope of Coverage
The guarantee applies to all permanent placements made through Career Choice. It covers situations where the hire leaves voluntarily or is let go for performance or fit issues. Contract and interim roles are covered under separate terms outlined in the service agreement.
How Replacement Works
Notify us within 5 business days of the departure. We restart the search using the original role requirements and deliver a new shortlist within 2 weeks. There is no limit on the number of candidates presented during the replacement search.
Requirements
The guarantee requires that the role scope and compensation remain materially consistent with the original agreement. If the role changes significantly after placement, the guarantee may be adjusted. Full terms are documented in the signed service agreement before any search begins.
